The City of Leonard offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send your payment to City of Leonard, PO Box 307, Leonard ND 58052

Online Payment

We are pleased to announce a brand new way to make electronic payments using your bank account or credit card.

There is a small convenience fee associated with paying your bill this way. If you would like to avoid this fee, we are still accepting check payments via mail or placing them in the locked mailbox at the convenience store.

Automatic Bank Draft

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account each month. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Recurring Payment Form located below and drop it into our locked mailbox at the Leonard Convenience Store or place it in the mail. Please include a voided check as well. There is a small convenience fee associated with this payment type as well.

Payment Drop-off Location

For your convenience, you may drop off your payment at the City's locked mailbox, located inside the Leonard Convenience Store. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
